General Mills has acquired TNT Crust LLC from Peak Rock Capital, a private investment firm.
TNT provides partially baked pizza crusts to foodservice distributors, national pizza chains and retail brands.
Robert Pistilli, managing director of Peak Rock, said, “We are very proud of TNT’s success under our ownership. The company has undergone transformational growth including a new manufacturing facility which will create 100 new jobs. We look forward to seeing TNT’s continued success under General Mills.”
Evercore served as financial advisor, Goldman Sachs was co-advisor, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as the legal advisor to TNT on the transaction.
