Gen II Fund Services LLC, an independent fund administrator, has acquired Update Capital, a provider of investment management technology services for real estate assets.
Update Capital delivers an automated, cloud-based service for real estate sponsors to manage assets, engage investors and connect with prospective clients. The platform provides asset-level data and financial and transactional data for visibility for managers and investors.
