Gemspring Capital Management LLC, a Westport, Conn.-based middle-market private equity firm, has bought a majority interest in Amplix, a provider of technology advisory services and software.

Amplix works to deliver outcomes for customers across their technology infrastructure using its technical experience and relationships throughout the technology vendor landscape. Amplix’s services include data connectivity, cloud telephony, customer experience, security and managed services, business continuity, cloud optimization and data center services. The company was formed through the merger of ROI Communications, Blue Front Technology Group and AllConnex.
