Amplix, a provider of technology advisory services and software to multiple industries and a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, has purchased the technology advisory practice of Intervale Technologies Inc.
Based in Reading, Mass., Intervale offers advisory services, cabling services and audio-visual services to more than 100 customers in a variety of end markets. Intervale will continue to operate its cabling and audio-visual businesses.
