Global Critical Logistics, a global holding company for mission-critical freight forwarding and global logistic providers to specialty sectors and portfolio company of ATL Partners, has acquired Dynamic International Freight Services and Dynamic Dox.

The Dynamic Group is a non-asset based provider of film & TV production logistics services. The market for logistics providers in film and TV has seen a rise in demand as a result of the boom in demand for content from streaming services and the increase in high-quality productions with more complex technical needs.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Dynamic Group into the GCL family of companies and look forward to building on their well-earned reputation for providing best-in-class service and innovation to the global film & TV industries,” said Paul Martins, president & CEO of GCL. “We are committed to bringing our resources to bear and helping the business continue to scale and deepen its already strong relationships across the entertainment sectors, globally.”

“As part of GCL, an experienced and likeminded organization with world-class logistics and freight forwarding operations globally, the Dynamic Group will be positioned to offer an even broader array of logistics services and support to meet the evolving needs of our partners and customers,” added Tony Scott, CEO and founder at Dynamic.
