SunMed, a North American manufacturer and distributor of consumable medical devices for anesthesia and respiratory care and backed by Frazier Healthcare Partners, has purchased Vyaire Medical‘s business unit that manufactures and markets respiratory and anesthesia consumables focused on airway management and operative care.
The respiratory and anesthesia consumables business of Vyaire offers airway management and operative care technology, including AirLife oxygen therapy and Vital Signs anesthesia circuits. The combined business looks to drive innovation and offer product supply for customers while delivering consumable respiratory and anesthesia medical products to provide better outcomes for the patients.
