Fortis Solutions Group LLC, a provider of high-impact printed packaging services and portfolio company of Harvest Partners LP, has acquired Profecta Labels Inc.
Profecta is a Canada-based flexographic and digital manufacturer of labels and flexible packing printing. The firm delivers its services to industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food and beverage end-markets.
