Jones Fish Hatcheries & Distributors LLC, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based provider of pond and lake management services and a portfolio company of Fort Point Capital, has acquired Aqua Services Inc., a reservoir aquatic plant control, water quality and fisheries management services company.
Aqua Services serves government entities, commercial businesses and homeowners. The acquisition of Aqua Services, based in Guntersville, Ala., expands Jones Fish’s footprint in the southeastern U.S. and the company’s service offering to include large-scale aquatic resource management.
