FM Capital has bolstered its leadership ahead of its fourth fund by adding Charlie Hardwick as a managing director, Meredith Murphy as chief financial officer, and promoting Zach Freed to a principal.

Hardwick joins the firm with over 20 years of experience in finance through his time with AGW Capital Advisors, OakPoint Advisors, and Lehman Brothers. Murphy joins the firm with an additional 20 years of experience within operations, finance, accounting, hedge fund, treasury management and trust accounting. Freed has been promoted within the firm from a senior associate where he has led prospective investment analysis and managed investor communications.

“With more than $300 million in assets under management, and as we gear up for our fourth fund, it’s now time to bring additional depth and breadth to our management team,” said Chase Fraser, managing partner. “These incredibly talented, experienced and connected leaders will add value to our fund, shareholders and portfolio companies.”
