Finvi, a provider of enterprise technologies that streamline and accelerate revenue recovery for accounts receivable management, healthcare and government markets, has acquired Fonative.
Fonative is a complaint communications platform helping businesses connect with customers. The firm’s communications platform has already served Finvi’s omni voice platform for over 10 years. The business combination will accelerate Finvi’s ability to provide customers with a complaint communications platform.
Finvi’s platform allows businesses to meet complex requirements in financial services, government and revenue cycle communications.
