Files.com, a cloud-native SaaS platform for file integration and automation, has acquired ExaVault, a cloud file transfer vendor for SMB and mid-market businesses.

The deal will generate a large cloud-native files platform with over 6,500 B2B clients. Files.com provides IT teams, developers, partners, and end-users with tools needed to run operations efficiently. The combined firm will store nearly 2 million GB of customer data and will allow customers to directly exchange files as part of an automated on-platform workflow.
