Federal Signal Corp. (NYSE:FSS), a provider of environmental and safety services, has acquired all the assets and operations of Deist Industries, Inc., Bucks Fabricating, LLC, Roll-Off Parts, LLC and Switch-N-Go, LLC, all collectively known as Deist.
Deist is a designer, manufacturer and seller of interchangeable truck body systems for class 3-7 vehicles in the work truck industry. Additionally, the firm offers a full line of waste hauling products including front and rear loading containers and specialty roll-off containers.
