Falco Global Partners, a private equity operations management firm, has partnered with Clear Creek Investments, an investment manager concentrated on sustainable investments in food, water, and energy markets.
As part of the deal, Falco is acquiring a minority stake in CCI and entering a portfolio management services agreement to benefit current and future portfolio companies. The partnership is intended to broaden CCI’s global reach while enhancing its operational expertise and increasing its prospective limited partner ase.
