Everwell Health Holdings, LLC, a newly-formed platform company of RoundTable Healthcare Partners, has purchased Nutrition21, LLC, a specialty ingredient subsidiary of JDS Therapeutics, LLC.
Nutrition21 is a developer and marketer of efficacious, clinically substantiated ingredients for the use in dietary supplements, foods and beverages. The firm uses a product development process that involves rigorous preclinical and clinical research to ensure the efficacy and safety of its products. Nutrition21’s ingredient portfolio includes brands Nitrosigine, Velositol, Chromax and more.
The firm will operate under RoundTable’s new consumer health and wellness ingredient platform.
