Estancia Capital Partners, a lower-middle-market private equity firm, has made a significant investment in InvestorCom, a software-based provider of regulatory compliance services to the asset and wealth management industry.
InvestorCom works to support wealth management firms and advisors in meeting principles set by securities regulators across North America. The investment aims to drive InvesterCom’s expansion across North America and globally.
