Ernst & Young, a provider of assurance, consulting, strategy and transactions, and tax services, has acquired Tallan Inc., a technology services company, which will be joining the Microsoft Services Group of EY U.S.
Tallan offers services using Microsoft Azure tools, aiming to streamline processes, integrate disparate systems and help companies operate more efficiently and profitably. In addition to manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical and healthcare experience, Tallan has worked in state and local governments. Adding this team to the EY Microsoft Services Group looks to deepen existing EY capabilities and expand the range of services offered.
