EQT has appointed Tinna Nielsen and Angela Jhanji to the firm’s sustainability team in Copenhagen and New York City respectively.

Nielsen will join the firm as an equitable transformation lead for social and human sustainability. She joins the firm as an organizational anthropologist with over 16 years of experience assisting firms drive social impact and sustainable change. Before joining EQT, Nielson worked with the Danish Institute for Human Rights and the United Nations.

Jhanji joins EQT Private Capital as managing director for sustainability integration. Prior to joining the firm, Jhanji served as an ESG director with Grant Thornton where she helped launch and lead the firm’s ESG and sustainability services.
