EQT, a global investment organization based in Stockholm, Sweden, through its EQT Infrastructure VI fund, has acquired Lazer Logistics, a yard management and facility logistics services provider in the U.S. and Canada, from Harvest Partners LP.

Lazer offers facility logistics services, including trailer spotting, shuttling, trailer rental, gate management, drayage and other adjacent service offerings. It serves more than 150 customers across the consumer-packaged goods, food and beverage, retail, pulp and paper and other industrial sectors. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Alpharetta, Ga. Lazer’s management team, led by CEO Adam Newsome, will continue to lead Lazer and remain significant owners of the business.
