Epicor, an enterprise software company focused on business growth, has acquired professional services assets from Evron Computer Systems, a managed IT services provider.
Based in Toronto, Evron has offered managed IT services, consulting, implementation, customization and software development to organizations in North America for nearly 40 years. The acquisition of Evron’s consulting practice and customer service software works to expand Epicor’s make, move and sell capabilities, looking to help customers with their business operations and drive growth.
