Envoy Solutions, a distribution services company based in Glenview, Ill., has bought Mooney-General Paper Co. based in Hillside, N.J.
Mooney provides supplies and equipment for industrial packaging, food service and food packaging and sanitary maintenance. The company focuses on both conventional and creative services customized to fit its customers’ needs. The deal works to expand Envoy Solutions’ existing footprint in the Northeast region and improve its capabilities across business categories.
