Envoy Solutions, a distribution services company based in Glenview, Ill., has acquired United Packaging, a distributor offering packaging, shipping, safety and janitorial supplies.
United Packaging focuses on providing clients with the tools they need to efficiently run their packing operations. Envoy Solutions looks to improve its packaging capabilities while expanding its geographic footprint in the Northeast. With this new partnership, Envoy aims to advance its position in the distribution category through regional distributors in packaging, facility care, food service and marketing strategies.
