Enercon Services, an environmental services firm and portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, has acquired Ardent Environmental Group, an environmental consulting firm.
Ardent provides clients with sustainable services including phase I and II environmental site assessments.
“Ardent is highly complementary to Enercon in its pursuit of environmental stewardship and new service offerings,” said Jeff Lask, head of ESG for Enercon. “The addition of Ardent deepens our existing capabilities, strengthens our reputation within many industries, and expands our footprint in the Western United States.”
