Elvisridge Capital acquires Innovative Concrete Technology Corporation, a provider of manufacturing coatings.
ICT manufactures various products for the professional concrete coating and hardscapes trades.
“ICT is Elvisridge Capital’s second acquisition in the decorative concrete and hardscape industry,” said Michael Southard, managing director of Elvisridge. “The products are available through leading pool and landscape distributors, paint stores and swimming pool supply retailers. We plan to expand ICT’s geographic footprint and add complementary products.”
