Eliassen Group, LLC, a strategic consulting and talent services provider, has acquired Lightwell Inc., a technology and business services firm.
Eliassen Group is headquarted in Ohio with operations across the United States, Canada, Ireland and the UK. The firm focuses on IT talent solutions, life sciences consulting, Agile consulting, cloud services, risk management, business optimization and managed services.
Lightwell is a technology service and business services provider that provides professional IT services primarily in cloud and app integration. In addition, Lightwell handles DevOps, enterprise architecture, order management and additional services to help companies address technology needs.
