Vytalize Health, a company looking to help independent physicians and practices improve patient care and lower costs and a portfolio company of Enhanced Healthcare Partners, has acquired a controlling stake in Independent Physician Association of New York.
Headquartered in Suffolk County, IPA NY is a multi-specialty IPA with more than 3,000 providers. Adding IPA NY to the Vytalize platform aligns with the company’s mission to work to strengthen value-based primary care practices and transform healthcare experiences.
