Edgesource Corp., a small business offering services to the public sector, has acquired Auspex LLC, a provider of data analytics, cybersecurity and management consulting services to the intelligence community.
Based in Ashburn, Va., Auspex offers decision support services such as portfolio investment choices, resourcing and courses of action. The company’s cleared employees, many of whom are veterans, are experienced in working with government leadership. Auspex will continue to operate under the Auspex brand as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Edgesource Corp.
