Edens, a real estate developer and owner acquired eight shopping centers in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.

The properties include the Alamo Plaza Shopping Center in San Francisco, the Bonita Center in San Diego, Callens Corner in Los Angeles, Gilman District in San Francisco, Lakeland Town Center in Seattle, Rocklin Commons, Sacramento, Village Oaks in San Francisco, and Westgate North in Seattle. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Edens now owns a total of 12.2 million square feet of retail in cities including New York, Washington, D.C., and Miami. This deal establishes Edens in the west coast of the United States.
