Ya Ya Foods Corp., a Toronto-based packaging services company for beverage companies across North America and a portfolio company of Chicago-based Entrepreneurial Equity Partners, has bought certain U.S. manufacturing assets from subsidiaries of Oatly Group AB, including a majority of the manufacturing equipment in Oatly’s Ogden, Utah facility.

Ya Ya Foods is an aseptic contract manufacturer of beverages such as plant-based milks, plant-based and bone broths, high-protein beverages and dairy products, as well as beverages such as juice. The company will also assume responsibility for the completion of construction of Oatly’s Fort Worth, Texas facility and will enter into a contract to manufacture products for Oatly in Ogden and Fort Worth.
