Dynamic City Capital, a Utah-based real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and developing hotels, has bought the Charter Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 16-story, 229-room hotel with more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
The Curio Collection by Hilton is a global portfolio of hotels in select markets. The Charter Hotel is the only Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in the Seattle-Bellevue market. It is located in downtown Seattle and is within walking distance of many of Seattle’s attractions. The Charter Hotel initially opened in 2018.
