Duraco Specialty Tapes, a provider of pressure-sensitive tapes, labels, coated films and release liners and OpenGate Capital portfolio company, has acquired Rayven, Inc.
Rayven develops and manufactures coated functional films, specialty tapes and niche release liners. The firm is known for custom developed and technically differentiated services in flexible packaging, building products, graphics and healthcare.
The deal will enhance Duraco’s product development, expand markets and add coating capacity. Rayven represents the 4th add-on made by Duraco since it was purchased by OpenGate in 2019.
