Global industrial technology company Vontier has acquired Driivz, the end-to-end electric vehicle charging and smart energy management software platform.

Driivz will be run independently as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vontier. Founder Doron Frenkel and will continue to act as CEO. The acquisition accelerates Vontier’s e-Mobility Strategy
