Dover (NYSE: DOV) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of The Espy Corp., which will become part of the microwave products group within Dover’s engineered products segment.
Espy designs and manufactures advanced electronic radio frequency sensor systems used to detect, record, analyze and geolocate signals
