Diversis Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled organizations has acquired Performance Designed Products LLC, a developer of video game accessories and peripherals. PDP designs, engineers, and markets a full suite of video game accessories including headsets, controllers, chargers, and protective cases for Xbox, Nintendo, and PlayStation.
