Dynamic Infusion Therapy (DIT), a provider of outsourced vascular services, is acquiring Austin, Texas-based Vascular Access Consultants, a healthcare services provider. DIT and Vascular Access Consultants operate in adjacent markets and the acquisition will expand DIT’s geographical coverage.
This acquisition is part of an effort from DIT to build its company. More patients receive peripherally inserted central catheters from DIT than from any other outsourced provider in the nation, according to the company. Healthcare-focused private equity firm RiverGlade Capital partnered with DIT in early 2021. The purchase of Vascular Access Consultants will allow DIT to expand its health coverage across Texas.
