Digital Intelligence Systems LLC, a global firm focused on IT and workforce services, has purchased LinTech Global Inc., a federal prime contract holder offering IT and engineering services to federal defense and civilian government agencies.
LinTech brings experience in the federal space to the DISYS platform of services. According to Mahfuz Ahmed, founder and chief executive officer of DISYS, the acquisition is part of the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio and capabilities to provide a variety of staffing and IT solutions for revolving employment environments. LinTech will operate as an independent business division within the DISYS portfolio.
