Digital Intelligence Systems LLC (DISYS), a global talent gap services firm, has acquired the assets of Make Corp., a full-service professional, and IT recruiting firm.
The deal represents DISYS’ growth strategy and enables the firm to expand its IT staffing and professional services offering to banking, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
