Digital Alpha Advisors, a digital infrastructure investment firm, has acquired the assets of Unitas Global‘s connectivity business.
Going forward, the company will operate under the name Unitas Global and concentrated on allowing customers to simplify and consume complex connectivity services. The automated design and pricing platform, Unitas Nexus, and its global network, Unitas Reach, will offer digital transformation services for enterprise networks.
