Digestive Disease Consultants has entered a partnership with One GI, a portfolio company of Webster Equity Partners. Physician Growth Partners advised DDC on the deal.
DDC is a gastroenterology practice in Northern Ohio with three practice locations and a state-of-the-art laboratory and endoscopy center. The firm provides services for all gastroenterological patient needs. The partnership will support DDC’s back office support to build on its ancillary services and further develop the firm’s geographic footprint.
