DeWinter Group, a Silicon Valley-based provider of finance and accounting and technology staffing and recruitment and a portfolio company of New Heritage Capital, has acquired Syrinx Consulting, a Boston-based software development and technology staffing service company.
Syrinx provides its software development and technology staffing services to clients within the greater Boston area. The company focuses on sourcing candidates with skillsets across programming languages including .Net, Python, Java, and SQL. The acquisition of Syrinx adds scale to DeWinter’s technology line of business, Maris Consulting Group, and expands its services offering to its clients. The combined business looks to offer clients on the west and east coasts a broader selection of staffing and recruitment services for finance and accounting and technology talent needs.
