Demopolis Equity Partners, a private equity fund that looks to partner with middle-market technology companies, has made an investment in Tyfone Inc., a digital banking company.
Tyfone has also merged with digital banking provider Cubus Solutions, resulting in the combined company operating under the Tyfone brand. This move aims to drive the adoption of the company’s NFinia digital banking service by a wider range of community financial institutions and extend digital offerings.
“We believe that the combined organization is well-positioned to lead the next wave of innovation in the community banking sector,” comments Tim Greenfield, managing partner at Demopolis Equity Partners.
