Delos Capital and the Silverfern Group, two private equity firms, have bought Le Sueur Inc., a supplier of aluminum castings and plastic injection molding parts.
LSI is focused on using permanent mold, sand casting, die casting, plastic injection molding and machine manufacturing processes. Ironwood Capital and Genesis Park provided debt and equity investments in support of the transaction.
