Deloitte Consulting announced that it has acquired product engineering services and embedded software firm Dextra Technologies. The transaction extends the company’s product and software engineering capabilities.

Dextra Technologies is based in Mexico and designs, builds and tests embedded software services with more than 350 product and software engineers. It enables clients to rapidly innovate through the development of smart, connected products. The purchase will expand and scale Deloitte’s product engineering capabilities.
