Cyara, a customer experience (CX) company, has acquired Spearline, a global communication testing company headquartered in Ireland.

Spearline offers mobile and landline dialing assurance in over 80 countries and WebRTC testing services that help with the monitoring of voice and video delivered through CCaaS (contact center as a service) and UCaaS (unified communications as a service) platforms like Nice CXOne, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud RingCentral and Zoom. The deal pairs Cyara’s experience in contact center and chatbot assurance with Spearline’s global dialing and WebRTC capabilities to deliver a service set that addresses the needs of enterprises transforming their CX through the adoption of cloud- and AI-based services that support the remote workforce. The deal works to expand Cyara’s global in-country dialing and WebRTC testing and monitoring capabilities.
