Bryant Products and SST Conveyor Components, manufacturers of engineered conveyor components and products, have merged together and will operate under the combined company, Syant Component and Industrial Innovation.
CW Industrial Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, purchased both firms at the end of 2021 with the intention of merging for further investment and growth. The leveraged scale created by the merger will allow the combined firm to provide a more complete spectrum of products to its customers.
