Crosspoint Capital Partners, LP with its affiliates has completed an investment in DigiCert, Inc., a provider of TLS/SSL, PKI and IoT services. Crosspoint will join an existing ownership group with Clearlake Capital Group and TA Associates.
Since Clearlake acquired DigiCert in partnership with TA in 2013, the firm has seen revenue and EBITDA growth through accelerated organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. The deal will bring Crosspoint’s cybersecurity expertise to help drive the next phase of growth.
