Crestview Partners, a private equity firm, has made a significant investment in Digicomm International, a Colorado-based value-added broadband distributor and reseller.

Digicomm delivers equipment and services for the global broadband industry and concentrates on the hybrid fiber-coaxial market. The firm provides mission-critical products and vendor-managed inventory and engineering services to multiple systems operators and telecom firms.
