Convergix Automation Solutions, an automated services firm backed by Crestview Partners, has acquired Eagle Technologies.

The Bridgman, Mich.-based target is a systems integrator focused on turnkey automated production and testing services. Eagle is a designer, developer, and integrator of innovative and high-value automated systems to multinational customers across a variety of sectors, including electric vehicle & battery, life sciences, and consumer products. The deal marks Crestview’s fourth acquisition as part of its strategy in building Convergix into a diversified automation services provider for the $500 billion global market.
