Cressey & Co. LP, a private investment firm focused on building healthcare services and information technology businesses, and Health Enterprise Partners, a healthcare-focused investment firm, have acquired the InterMed Group, a provider of healthcare technology management services, from Granite Bridge Partners.

InterMed offers a range of healthcare technology and equipment management services to hospitals and health systems across the U.S., with a focus on biomedical and imaging equipment. The partnership with Cressey and HEP aims to expand InterMed’s offering and capacity to help hospitals and healthcare systems manage inventories of medical equipment more efficiently and cost effectively.
