Credit report and compliance services provider Credit Bureau Connection has acquired Dealer Safeguard Solutions, a SaaS provider of compliance and workflow services. The transaction creates a comprehensive workflow and compliance platform for auto dealers across the U.S.
Credit Bureau Connection has been backed by Houston-based lower middle-market private equity firm, Capstreet Group. The combination of the two companies optimizes processes for auto dealers through a comprehensive workflow and compliance management enforcement platform. Everything from customer sales through finance and insurance transactions with lending partners combined into one platform. DSGSS founder and CEO Doug Fusco will remain with the combined company, along with the rest of the team.
