CREC Real Estate and BKE Capital have jointly acquired Prairie Court Apartments.

Prairie Court is a 5.3-acre property built in 1967 and located at 531 S. Belt Line Road. The property is a 123-unit, Class C+ multifamily community located in Grand Prairie, Texas.

CREC Real Estate is a private equity real estate investment firm focused on multifamily investment in secondary cities throughout the United States. BKE is a vertically integrated multifamily company affiliated with the company Property Management, which manages over 5,000 units.
